This year we marked the launch of ULAM Audits, our new branch focused on smart contract auditing. This venture was a game-changer in how we approached blockchain technology, setting a new standard in our operations. Along with this significant step, we gave our website a sleek, modern makeover, perfectly aligning with our forward-thinking ethos.
Triumph at EBC9 Hackathon
A crowning achievement this year was our remarkable success at the EBC9 hackathon. Participating in this prestigious event, we not only showcased our skills and innovative thinking but also emerged as the winners. This victory marked a significant milestone for ULAM Labs, highlighting our expertise and creativity in a competitive and dynamic environment. Winning the hackathon at EBC9 was a proud moment for the entire team, reflecting our ability to tackle challenges and deliver exceptional solutions under pressure. It served as a testament to our technical prowess and collaborative spirit, setting a high bar for our future endeavors.
Fun and Team Building
Our year was filled with fun and team-building activities. We had an amazing time on our integration trip to Świeradów Zdrój, featuring outdoor games, a single-track ride, and the Sky Walk. We also enjoyed a memorable paintball integration – a great way to break from our daily routines and strengthen our bonds. The fun continued at the office with board games, gaming evenings, and a fiercely competitive chess tournament, creating lasting memories and reinforcing our team dynamics. Our Thursday lunches became a delicious tradition, bringing us all together over food and conversation.

We focused on sharing knowledge and engaging with the community through Ulam Talks and organizing meet-ups in Wrocław. These events not only helped us connect with the wider community but also allowed us to share our knowledge and expertise.

We participated in job fairs to meet upcoming talent and engaged in direct knowledge-sharing activities. A standout moment was Basia's lecture at PWr, where she shared her expertise on SCRUM and agile methodologies. These activities underscore our role as active participants in the academic sphere, bridging the gap between academia and industry.
Office Celebrations and Team Spirit
In terms of celebrations, our office life was vibrant and full of joy. We embraced the festive spirit, decorating the office for Halloween and Christmas, creating an atmosphere of warmth.
